Medicaid DD & EDCD Waiver

We assist clients with any questions you might have concerning enrollment into Medicaid DD & EDCD waiver. The DD Waiver Program provides supports and services options for successful living, learning, physical and behavioral health, employment, recreation and community inclusion. The EDCD Waiver is the community-based alternative to nursing home placement. that provides services that help individuals live in their own home/community rather than in a nursing home.

Personal Care

We provide for individuals who need assistance with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, or feeding.

Companion Care

We provide emotional support and companionship for seniors who are generally healthy and who want to remain independent at home. However, it can also include a range of non-medical services that help make a senior's life more manageable.

Skilled Nursing

We monitor and report symptoms or changes in patient's conditions. This services is provided by our trained team, such as registered nurses (RNs) and physical, speech, and occupational therapists.

    The total cost of care includes the cost of the caregiver and the office fee. Most Rest Assured Healthcare offices are a registry, which means we refer a caregiver to you that we have screened thoroughly. After the referral, you would work out the cost with the caregiver themselves. We do have full employment offices in several states, but the cost still varies from one office to the next. To get the best estimate of what a live-in caregiver might cost, please call your local office directly.
